I keep a copy of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence’s (ODNI) guide to document classification, Executive Order 13526, and the FBI’s Domestic Investigations and Operations Guide on my computer’s desktop. (You may soon conclude Comey might have benefitted if he had done the same!)
